“Jeff brings nearly thirty years of human resources leadership experience to Copeland. An experienced leader in Human Resources, before joining Copeland, Bucklew was most recently at IDEX, where he led the HR function for nearly a decade and built a global team focused on creating an inclusive and diverse culture, helping position the business for growth. His background in retaining an entrepreneurial culture and unlocking the power of high performing teams will benefit Copeland as he oversees leadership of the HR organization and contributes to the development and execution of our strategies to strengthen and grow the business. Prior to IDEX, Bucklew led HR for R1 (formerly Accretive Health, Inc.) and held numerous positions at GE. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University.
