Copeland Names Jagadish Keswani as President for India, Middle East, and Africa
Copeland, a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial compression solutions, has appointed Jagadish Keswani as President of its newly formed India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) regional business unit. Keswani brings over 35 years of HVAC and Controls industry experience in the IMEA region to the role.

As a standalone company and part of Blackstone’s Capital Partners Fund XIII, Copeland aims to strengthen its presence and accelerate growth in the IMEA region. “Jagadish is an excellent addition to the executive team of Copeland,” said CEO Ross B. Shuster. “His extensive industry experience, energy, and cultural alignment with Copeland will ensure immediate impact on our strategic initiatives in this high-growth region.”

Keswani previously held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Ingersoll Rand, and Blue Star Limited. He expressed enthusiasm about his new role, stating, “I’m excited to join Copeland as it focuses on accelerating growth in the India, Middle East, and Africa region. Copeland is well positioned to address complex climate challenges by advancing energy transition and supporting the use of low global warming and natural refrigerants.”
