The programme allows the installer community to manage Daikin’s residential heat pump technologies and is open for all installers to join. It builds on Daikin’s tradition of assuring a strong, pan-European network of highly-skilled installers and technicians for the Daikin heat pumps. Daikin is now enhancing its support for all installers, ensuring the market can rely on more skilled installers with improved installation competency and safety knowledge.
With the Stand By Me – Certified Partner programme, Daikin is strengthening its pan-European after-sales services. The programme allows the installer community to fully manage Daikin’s residential heat pump technologies, including the upcoming Daikin Altherma 4 series. Installers receive high-quality, hands-on training, both online and in person, on how to work with the various Daikin Altherma units. This means heat pumps run smoothly and safely throughout their lifespan.
After completing the training programme, installers receive certifications that cover the entire Daikin Altherma range, depending on the refrigerant used in the heat pump.
