Dantherm Group has acquired AirCenter AG in Switzerland

Dantherm Group has acquired AirCenter AG in Switzerland with effect from today. AirCenter is headquartered in Baden and is a leading supplier of dehumidification and air-condition products in Switzerland.

AirCenter has a strong market position and approximately 30 employees within sales, service, and logistics.

The acquisition of AirCenter is another key milestone in Dantherm’s expansion strategy following the acquisitions of Calorex Heat Pumps Ltd. in the UK, Schönmann AG in Switzerland, Master Climate Solutions Group (MCS) in Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain and China, Water Surveillance in Denmark, Aerial in Germany, Sovelor in France, Futurclima in Italy, Termigo in Spain and SET Energietechnik and Heylo in Germany.

Bjarke Brons, CEO at Dantherm Group says: “AirCenter has a strong market position and a very broad customer base and the acquisition further extends our distribution channels. Switzerland is a key market for us, and we are excited about the opportunities that AirCenter provides in terms of market presence in Switzerland”.

Patrick Bircher, Managing Director at AirCenter says: “I am happy that Dantherm is the new owner of AirCenter. It will give the company more opportunities to grow in Switzerland within existing and new product areas and I look forward to working with the Dantherm Group's companies and their partners in Switzerland.”

The business of Dantherm AG, including Schönmann, will be integrated into AirCenter AG.
