Delta Introduced EC Technology at MCE 2024 for Enhanced HVAC Efficiency

Delta, a global leader in power management and provider of IoT-based smart green solutions, announces its participation in the MCE - Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2024 to launch a comprehensive range of new EC Axial fans, centrifugal blowers, and EC motors. Designed to set new benchmarks in energy efficiency, reliability and performance while reducing system noise, these products feature advancements such as over 90% motor power efficiency, innovative impeller designs for enhanced air flow, and sophisticated speed control systems for precise fan monitoring and adjustment.

Latest Innovations in EC Technology – Over 6kW with Cutting Edge Impeller Design

Delving into the technological innovations, Delta's new EC products showcase major advancements in motor power range (1.5kW to 6.5kW), smarter control featuring Modbus and cutting edge impeller technology, including 3D Air Foil & Winglet Design for Axial Fans and New Twist Blades for Centrifugal Blowers. The new winglet features a smoother impeller design with curved endings, significantly reducing air turbulence and noise, while the Twist Blades technology employs 3D Sheet Metal Stamping to create contoured sections that minimize air resistance and turbulence. These advancements, along with new accessories like the Fan Grille with stator blades for Axial fans and the Spider Bracket and Metal box for blowers, are designed to improve air performance, ensure silent operation, and facilitate easy installation and system integration.
