Dover has acquired SPS Cryogenics B.V. and Special Gas Systems (SGS) B.V., boosting its OPW Clean Energy Solutions portfolio in the cryogenic sector.
Based in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands, SPS and SGS provide vacuum-insulated piping systems for nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other industrial gases. This acquisition enhances OPW CES’s global cryogenic gas flow control platform with additional products and a stronger European presence.

The addition of SPS and SGS, along with recent acquisitions of Demaco and Marshall Excelsior, strengthens Dover’s position in the cryogenic and industrial gas sectors, emphasizing their commitment to advanced technological solutions for customers.
