DSI Dantech completed the acquisition of GEA’s North American Freezing Business, marking a critical milestone in becoming GEA’s North American partner for new freezer sales and aftermarket services. GEA selected DSI Dantech due to its dedication to quality, technological excellence, and customer service. With this acquisition, DSI Dantech will handle new orders and integrate GEA employees into its global team.

This move facilitates the combination of both organizations' freezer technologies. In the near future, DSI Dantech will focus on integrating GEA’s expertise to develop advanced technology that combines the best features from both companies, setting a new standard in mechanical freezing.
