• What will be required once eco-design and labelling is in force?- The date for implementation of commercial refrigeration (refrigeration with a direct sales function) eco-design and labelling has been changed.The new implementation date is 21 March 2021.Read more about the significant changes proposed in the latest draft Regulations.
• Commercial eco-design update - Latest updated draft eco-design and energy labelling regulations for refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function now require compliance with the Regulations from 1st September 2020.Read more.
• New thresholds for commercial and professional ETL cabinets.Work has been ongoing recently to update the criteria for Refrigerated Display Cabinets and Professional Refrigerated Storage Cabinets listed on the Energy Technology List (ETL).These changes will be applied from 1 April 2019.Read more.
