Emerson exits Russia business

Emerson has curtailed our operations to comply with all U.S. and other applicable international sanction laws and regulations and stopped all new investments in Russia.

Emerson has announced its decision to exit Russia business and, as part of this exit, the company are exploring strategic options to divest Metran, its Russia-based manufacturing subsidiary. Emerson is  committed to an orderly transfer of these assets and will support its employees through this process.

The number one priority remains the safety and well-being of Emerson's employees and their families in the region.
