ENGIE Axima announces the acquisition of SXD, a consulting firm specializing in BIM. After the integration of Decode BIM last November, the acquisition of SXD is another important step in the implementation of the strategic vision of BIM Life: an increasingly integrated BIM from design to use .
By combining the know-how of the building and maintenance trades with the skills of BIM specialists within the BIM Factory, ENGIE Axima enables its customers to better manage and enhance the data of their buildings and industrial installations while at the same time along the life cycle.
"To harness the maximum potential of BIM, we need to mobilize a collective intelligence, made up of diverse and complementary skills and experiences. Thanks to SXD, BIM Factory is acquiring new references, new know-how and a critical mass in order to better meet the needs of its customers ", says Raphaël Contamin, Director of BIM Factory .
"Joining BIM Factory will enable us to preserve our agility as a start-up while taking part in a collective adventure, benefiting from the ENGIE Group's capabilities and know-how," says Matthieu Ferrua, who becomes managing director of SXD, subsidiary of BIM Factory.
