ENGIE Deutschland acquires OTTO Luft- und Klimatechnik

Leading specialist company for ventilation and air-conditioning technology, refrigeration technology and building automation becomes part of ENGIE Deutschland
Acquisition includes 700 employees including assembly specialists
ENGIE strengthens its leading position as a technical building equipment supplier in Germany

ENGIE Deutschland GmbH has signed the purchase agreement for the acquisition of the technology and service specialist OTTO Luft- und Klimatechnik GmbH & Co. KG. With this acquisition, ENGIE consolidates its leading position in the market for technical building equipment and deepens its portfolio in the field of ventilation and air-conditioning technology, refrigeration technology and building automation. Silence has been agreed on the details of the transaction. The acquisition is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
