Epta will soon open a training and education centre in Mannheim

Epta will soon lay the foundation for comprehensive training and further education in the field of refrigeration technology with a new training centre. Future refrigeration specialists will then be trained on innovative technologies in Mannheim.

The centre will provide prospective refrigeration technicians with the necessary tools for their theoretical and practical training and will continuously train trained refrigeration specialists in new, innovative technologies. 

"As a family-run company, we plan for the long term and investing in the future is therefore an integral part of our strategy," explains Bernd Haller, Managing Director of Epta Deutschland GmbH. "Taking the training and further education of future refrigeration specialists into our own hands was a logical step for us: with the new training and education centre, we are setting the course for optimal training and further education in the field of refrigeration technology."

Rising energy prices, a shortage of skilled workers and the energy transition are currently posing major challenges for companies in all sectors and require a rethink and, in many cases, a reorientation for the future. In the past ten years, Epta has grown strongly and has hired numerous new employees as a result.
