Eurovent certification for Walter Roller's CO2 air coolers

With Eurovent certified CO2 air coolers, Walter Roller GmbH & Co. extends its product range of tested evaporator series. As one of the founding members of the Eurovent Certification heat exchanger programme, Roller has had its air coolers certified since the beginning of the programme to guarantee the performance data published by Roller to its customers by an external and independent institute.

At the beginning of 2021, the Eurovent certification programme of air coolers were extended to units with R 744 refrigerant. Here too, Roller is one of the first companies to prove the reliability of its performance data and receive certification. For this purpose, Roller has its own laboratory and invests a great deal of time and effort in research and development so that the performance data submitted to Eurovent can also be reliably maintained in operation with R 744 today and in the future.

In Europe, Eurovent certification is an added value that is often not valued highly enough and provides plant constructors with an important aid for objective product comparison. Today, more than ever, plant contractors have the legal responsibility to prove the performance data of the entire installation. The Eurovent certification ensures that the specified data of the air cooler system component are also precisely adhered to in practice. The certification gives the owner the security of keeping his operating costs calculable in the long term.

Furthermore, it is important for Roller to offer its customers a service that significantly reduces their carbon footprint. This includes CO2 air coolers and reliable data.
