As Chairperson, Gao will lead the group’s strategic direction, facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, and guide discussions on technical, regulatory, and innovation-related topics. Her background includes building automation, energy efficiency, and HVACR systems, as well as involvement in multiple Eurovent activities and industry initiatives.
Working alongside Gao, Cataldi will help guide the group’s direction and support discussions on digital challenges, regulatory shifts, Building Automation and Control Systems, connectivity, and security in HVACR systems. His appointment reflects his engagement with digital transformation and cybersecurity, as well as his role in supporting collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
