FläktGroup releases 2025 sustainability report

FläktGroup has published its Sustainability Report 2025, outlining progress on climate targets, Environmental Product Declarations and sustainable HVAC solutions. The company said the report highlights work to reduce environmental impact, advance sustainable solutions and strengthen its global organisation.

The report follows FläktGroup’s acquisition by Samsung Electronics, which the company described as a new chapter for scaling innovation and accelerating progress in sustainable HVAC technology. FläktGroup said its integration with Samsung Electronics will combine HVAC expertise with digital and technology capabilities.

Jekaterina Lindberg, Global ESG Director at FläktGroup, said the company has established climate targets and made progress on EPD work. She added that this is the first year with comparable emissions data, creating a foundation for continuous improvement.

“Reducing environmental impact, keeping people safe and operating transparently are no longer ‘nice to haves’—they are fundamental requirements of responsible companies and leaders,” said David Dorney, CEO at FläktGroup. “At FläktGroup, we are proud of the strong progress we have made in sustainability over the past 24 months, and of the clear direction our climate targets now provide.”
