The Competence Center is a central hub for application support and after-sales services, offering customized, efficient, and reliable solutions. The team now operates under the coordination of Marco Bortolussi, whose technical experience spans from R&D to application support and pre-sales. His knowledge of ATEX and PED regulations supports customers in complex projects.
Claudio Peraro continues in his role as After Sales Technical Support Specialist, bringing over 20 years of experience at Frascold, including a background in production. He provides both remote and on-site assistance.
Matteo Cerini, also an After Sales Technical Support Specialist, recently joined the team from the Quality department. His familiarity with component features and compressor manufacturing processes enhances the team's ability to deliver precise technical support.
With its updated structure, the Frascold Competence Center aims to strengthen its consultative approach by working closely with customers and offering integrated expertise across products, systems, and refrigerants.
