FREOR’s First Green Refrigeration Project in The Czech Republic

As the ambassador of green refrigeration solutions, FREOR is glad of every retailer willing to choose the green path. This time we are celebrating our first green project in the Czech Republic.

Green step into the new location

Tamda Foods in Ústí Nad Labem city is an important store for FREOR as it became the first in The Czech Republic to install our Hydroloop Glycol refrigeration system together with R290-operated equipment.

The solution is based on the liquid-cooled system, in which excess condensation heat is removed through simple piping to the exterior of a building, avoiding premises overheat. The system connects self-contained showcases with only 150 g of propane in a single cycle, which complies with the highest safety requirements.

The renewed store has chosen propane-based FREOR multidecks JUPITER from Green Wave R290 line. Multidecks have glass doors ensuring economical energy-consumption and panoramic walls for unobstructed visibility. The LED lighting enhances the color of exposed products for an eye-catching effect.

The project was implemented in cooperation with our sales and maintenance partner in The Czech Republic – Fri-Service.

We congratulate this green step in the Czech Republic and will be glad to come back with other natural refrigeration projects.
