The 1000 m2 building is placed inside Tychy SANHUA AWECO factory and it is designated to accommodate 4 production lines and launch production of TXV, EXV (in first phase) and Chiller assembly in second stage.

The new facility is fully equipped and ready to provide a clean production of strategic SANHUA products such as Expansion Valves. It contains autonomous ventilation system that allows to keep clean environment inside the building and Anti-Static floor to meet strict requirements of European Automotive Customers. The first Start Of Production is planned for EXV product for the customer Modine in May 2019. By the end of 2019 there is a plan to launch production for such customers as Daimler, Volkswagen, Volvo , Valeo, and Mahle.

The project started in March 2018 and was complex and demanding from logistics point of view and demanding deadlines. One of the key tasks was to release a 1000 square meter place in current SANHUA AWECO plant production area which was fully occupied by production lines. The operation included full re-layout of the whole factory, machines’ transfers, modifications and as well new warehouse building rental and definition of the new logistics flows.

As an SANHUA Automotive Tychy team member I am very thankful to SANHUA Holding Group that I can play role in such an important market expansion plan. I will put all my efforts to make a success in new launches and further expansion of automotive business in Tychy. I would also like to use an opportunity to thank to the whole team for the great job done and team work which was our key to success.
