Hisense has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Shengyi Weiye, the exclusive Chinese partner of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The partnership aims to explore innovative applications of commercial air conditioning technology in the agricultural sector across Qatar.
By leveraging Hisense’s advanced technology and expertise in sustainable development, the collaboration will focus on integrating commercial HVAC solutions - such as chillers, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and energy-efficient products - into agricultural projects. The initiative seeks to enhance environmental control for farming operations, optimizing temperature and humidity management to support year-round agricultural production in Qatar’s challenging climate.
Looking ahead, both parties plan to expand commercial air conditioning applications across the Middle East. This agreement aligns with the broader China-Qatar economic and trade cooperation efforts, reinforcing Hisense’s global development strategy and commitment to sustainable innovation.
