Hoshizaki America, Inc. announces that it has received the 2021 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award for continued leadership and superior contributions to ENERGY STAR. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) have recognized Hoshizaki’s accomplishments for 10 years in a row.
“Hoshizaki America is proud to be named 2021 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for the 10th year in a row” states Kris Miller, VP of Engineering. “Our commitment has been to continually concentrate efforts and resources on energy efficiency – a commitment we plan to further grow in the upcoming year and beyond.”
“ENERGY STAR award-winning partners are showing the world that delivering real climate solutions makes good business sense and promotes job growth,” said EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan. “Many of them have been doing it for years, inspiring all of us who are committed to tackling the climate crisis and leading the way to a clean energy economy.”
The highest honor among ENERGY STAR awards is the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award. EPA presents the Sustained Excellence Award to partners that have already received ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year recognition for a minimum of two consecutive years and have gone beyond the criteria needed to qualify for recognition. Winners hail from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 organizations – representing energy-efficient products, services, new homes, and buildings in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.
