Hoshizaki increased sushi material cases of 70,000

Hoshizaki Corporation has been expanding sushi material cases globally for about 40 years, mainly in the Western markets, and has achieved cumulative overseas shipments of 70,000 units since 2001.
 
The sushi material case can display raw seafood and other ingredients while cooling them evenly from the top and bottom of the refrigerator. LED lighting is used for the rounded showcase that is easy to see from any angle, and it is possible to light up the ingredients at high brightness and low cost, and since there is almost no heat generation, it does not affect the freshness of the ingredients.

This product is produced at the Shimane Headquarters Factory (Unnan City, Shimane Prefecture), and in 1981, US corporation Hoshizaki
 
In recent years, due to the recovery of demand for this product, his annual shipments in 2021 have increased by 22% compared to 2019 and 30% compared to 2020 before the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
