John Moon Appointed President of Impact Climate Technologies

Impact Climate Technologies (ICT) has announced the appointment of John Moon as president, effective immediately. Moon brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, including a history of transforming organizations to meet evolving market demands.

Before joining ICT, Moon spent nearly 16 years at Daikin Applied Americas, where he served as senior vice president of customer and business solutions. During his tenure, he shifted the company’s focus from a product-centric model to a solutions-driven organization. Moon also held other significant roles, such as vice president and general manager of the East Division, where he successfully drove operational growth and strengthened customer relationships.

Prior to his time at Daikin, Moon worked at Johnson Controls for nearly five years, serving as director and regional sales manager for major projects. 

As president, Moon will oversee ICT’s operations and lead its strategic growth initiatives, ensuring the company continues to deliver innovative solutions and maintain business excellence.
