KAYTUS launches liquid-cooled data center solution for AI sector in Korea

KAYTUS has introduced its One-Stop End-to-End Liquid-Cooled Data Center Solution, aimed at supporting Korea’s growing AI market and the national goal of carbon neutrality. The solution is designed to reduce cooling energy consumption by 30% and is aligned with increasing demand for high-efficiency data center infrastructure.

The system supports up to 15 kW per node and 130 kW per cabinet, with a power usage effectiveness (PUE) of below 1.1. It applies modularization, prefabrication, and safety features to cover the full process—from design to operation—addressing the technical complexity and deployment barriers of large-scale liquid cooling.

KAYTUS’s 4D differentiation strategy—Design, Develop, Deploy, and Dynamic Optimization—offers customized services for AI data center construction. It includes Building Information Modeling (BIM) blueprints, full-stack product integration, factory pretesting, and performance validation for AI and HPC workloads.

The solution features a self-developed megawatt-class CDU with a heat exchange capacity of up to 1,200 kW, operating with a primary inlet water temperature of 36°C and a secondary supply liquid temperature of 40°C. Safety elements include a leak detection system and dual-valve design that isolates affected cabinets to maintain system stability.

KAYTUS also offers a prefabricated container solution that can shorten construction time by 80%, reducing typical timelines from 18 months to 4 months. The container supports liquid cooling, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and waste heat recovery, with eight modular configurations and stackable expansion up to five layers.

KAYTUS has delivered over 1,000 liquid-cooled cabinets globally. In one project for a financial institution in Europe, the company deployed 96 rack-scale systems using ring network piping and intelligent leak detection, ensuring continuous operation and reduced risk.
