Kelvion Restructures Fareham Site, Shifts Focus to R&D and Sales, Moves Production to Poland

Kelvion will transform its Fareham business in the UK as part of the company’s strategic focus on profitably growing its high-tech and green-tech sectors. Following extensive planning and consultation, a comprehensive transition plan for the Fareham business has been developed and proposed.

This plan will see Fareham concentrating on research and development (R&D) and sales activities, continuing to drive innovation and strengthen customer support locally. Meanwhile, production capacities will be integrated into Kelvion’s manufacturing facility in Świebodzice, Poland, to streamline the company’s global operations further. The transition is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025.

Kelvion is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure an orderly relocation of the Fareham site and to minimise the impact on our employees, customers, public administrations, and suppliers. Kelvion will honour all legal and economic obligations derived from signed contracts relating to current ongoing projects.
