Lennox and Contractor Commerce Partner to Enhance E-commerce for Dealers

Lennox, a frontrunner in climate solutions, has unveiled a partnership with Contractor Commerce to deliver advanced e-commerce capabilities to the Lennox Premier Dealer network. This collaboration will offer dealers exclusive access to transparent pricing for HVAC systems and subscription services for filters, benefiting both homeowners and dealers.

The integration with Contractor Commerce’s e-commerce platform enables Lennox dealers to feature prominently in the Lennox Dealer Locator, with direct consumer links for purchasing filters and subscribing to regular deliveries. Homeowners can access system estimates and compare dealers' pricing directly on online platforms, enhancing convenience and choice.

Lanessa Bannister, VP and GM of Lennox Residential HVAC, notes that the partnership will meet the growing consumer demand for transparent HVAC pricing and reinforces Lennox's commitment to their dealer network by providing modern digital tools.

With Lennox emphasizing qualified installations, the Contractor Commerce platform supports dealers in offering online pricing transparency and recurring purchase options, positioning them as leaders in the HVAC market.

Will Housh, CEO of Contractor Commerce, highlighted that this partnership signifies an industry shift towards e-commerce, revolutionizing dealer-consumer interactions.
