Lennox Expands DFW Distribution and Training Centers to Boost Service

Investments include a new Regional Distribution Center and enhanced training facilities.

Lennox has announced major investments in its distribution and customer training infrastructure across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, aiming to improve product availability, service levels, and technical support for HVAC professionals.

The company recently opened a Regional Distribution Center (RDC) near the DFW airport to enhance product access for local customers. In addition, Lennox is developing a 1.2-million-square-foot (approx. 111,500 m²) National Distribution Center in the Fort Worth area, which is slated to be operational by January 2026. These facilities are part of a broader strategy to scale Lennox’s North American distribution network.

At its headquarters in Richardson, Texas, Lennox also inaugurated a new Customer Experience and Training Center. The facility showcases residential and commercial HVAC solutions, including low-GWP refrigerant systems, Lennox Powered by Samsung products, and advanced digital controls. It features five classrooms and HVAC labs designed for hands-on training, hosting over 1,000 technicians annually for in-person technical education.

Complementing this investment, Lennox has modernized its Customer Service Center in Richardson. The center now includes real-time dashboards displaying performance metrics linked to the Lennox Unified Management System, helping staff deliver immediate updates and support to visiting dealers.

“These strategic investments are a critical part of our commitment to strengthen our distribution network and enhance our customer experience,” said Alok Maskara, Lennox Chief Executive Officer. “By expanding our training classrooms and increasing distribution reach, we will improve speed-to-market and drive long-term value for our customers.”
