Additionally, an important part of this transaction is the assignment of the LLOYD trademark to the new owner.</div>

Given this transaction, company Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd. is renamed to LEEL Electricals Ltd. This change will affect for company in Europe as well and the existing company LLOYD COILS EUROPE s.r.o. gets a new name, LEEL COILS EUROPE s.r.o. within the next couple of weeks.
LLOYD COILS will focus more on traditional and strong segments, in which the group LEEL has already been doing business for many years.
