LU-VE appoints Michele Ampezzan CCO for Cooling and Components
LU-VE S.p.A., an air heat exchanger company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has appointed Michele Ampezzan as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for both its “Cooling” (ventilated) and “Components” (static) product lines. The company announced the appointment on February 26, 2026, describing it as part of a strategy focused on consolidation and international growth.
Ampezzan joined the Group in 2009 and has held roles including Commercial & Marketing Director of the “Business Unit Components.” LU-VE said he contributed to the development of the product portfolio and to strengthening the company’s presence in major global markets.
In parallel, he served as managing director of one of the Group’s subsidiaries, which LU-VE said helped him consolidate managerial, operational and strategic skills. The company also noted that his prior experience in industrial environments inside and outside the HVAC&R sector supported a cross-functional perspective on competitive dynamics, product innovation and relationships with international customers and stakeholders.
In the new role, LU-VE said Ampezzan will focus on strengthening customer proximity and fostering integration across geographical areas, with an aim of ensuring continuity, quality and responsiveness in commercial support. The company added that he will support expansion in EMEA, APAC and the Americas and will work to enhance LU-VE’s technological offering in line with demand oriented toward high energy-efficiency solutions and natural refrigerants.
