LU-VE Group Awards 98 Scholarships to Foster Young Talent

LU-VE Group has announced the 23rd edition of its "Ermanno and Chiara Liberali" Scholarship program, awarding 98 scholarships worth approximately €190,000 to the children of its employees. This marks an increase from €145,000 in 2023 and highlights LU-VE’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and excellence.

The scholarships are given to deserving students from universities and high schools, including 20 university students, 74 high school students, and 4 working students balancing studies and employment. Besides financial aid, university students can access internships across LU-VE Group’s companies, enhancing the connection between education and the professional world.

The program, which began in 2001 for employees’ children at the Uboldo plant, has expanded across Italy to include more facilities, with plans to extend to the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Finland by 2025. This expansion follows the international inclusion initiated in Poland.

Scholarship committees, including respected academic figures like Professor Ennio Macchi and Professor Stefano Paleari, along with the Liberali family and union representatives, oversee the awards. Matteo Liberali, LU-VE Group's President and CEO, stated, “Investing in the next generation is integral to our mission, reflecting values of humility, passion, creative intelligence, and ethical principles.”

Dedicated to the parents of Iginio Liberali, the scholarships are a tribute to his journey, supported by scholarships in his youth. The initiative underscores LU-VE’s dedication to providing equal growth opportunities and building a sustainable, inclusive future through the support of young talent.
