Marshall Fleet Solutions acquires FRIGOBLOCK dealers

Marshall Fleet Solutions has confirmed the acquisition of FRIGOBLOCK dealers Peter Staines Refrigeration and Michael Ward Limited. Both transactions completed on 4th May 2023.
The acquisition supports Marshall’s broader Ambition 2030 programme which focuses on developing sustainable products and services to help customers meet their climate action targets.

Mark Howell, Managing Director, Marshall Fleet Solutions comments: “We are very pleased to add Peter Staines Refrigeration and Michael Ward to Marshall’s portfolio of businesses, particularly given the sustainable nature of the FRIGOBLOCK electric transport refrigeration product range.

“Both businesses will continue to run as stand-alone operations under their existing leadership teams and we have no intention of making any immediate changes. We will be taking time over the coming months to properly understand both of the businesses, getting to know their people better and learning from the things they do well.

“Our absolute priority is to ensure that colleagues at both PSR and MWL are able to focus on delivering their usual levels of outstanding service and value to their customers.”
