Marshall Fleet Solutions scoops Top Industry Award for first time

Marshall Fleet Solutions has won its first ever award at the recent annual Temperature Controlled Storage and Distribution (TCS&D) Awards, scooping the prestigious 2017 award for ‘Customer Service’. The award winners in each category at the TCS&D Awards ceremony are chosen by a specially selected independent organising committee and, in announcing Marshall Fleet Solutions as the ‘Customer Service’ award winner, the event compere acknowledged that the previous year’s winner of this award had set the standard extremely high. However, he continued by saying that that MFS had taken customer service levels even higher this year, with their customers submitting very detailed and extremely positive nominations in support of the service they receive from the Cambridge based company. The TCS&D Awards is an annual event that has been created to recognise companies and individuals who have really made a difference in the temperature controlled storage and distribution industry. It is a major event for this important specialist commercial vehicle sector, attracting a 350-strong crowd to the event, which was held for the first time at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, keen to know the results. n front of a packed audience representing the temperature controlled industry, Marshall Fleet Solutions’ Managing Director George Ralph received the prestigious Customer Service award from representatives from CCE (Commercial Contract Engineers Ltd), sponsors of the 2017 customer service award, and event entertainer, comedian Ian Irving. Commenting on the recognition of its success by industry peers, George Ralph said, “For many years now, the focus of our business has been on working hard to support our customers. To receive this industry sponsored accolade that has been judged by industry leaders, based on nominations independently submitted by our customers, is a fantastic achievement for our business. So far this year, Marshall Fleet Solutions has picked up a hat trick of industry awards including: During the CV Show in April 2017, on behalf of the team at MFS, George Ralph, MFS’s Managing Director was presented with the award for ‘Best Transport Refrigeration Provider 2017’, organised by Transport News publication. George was handed the award by David Crawford, Sales and Marketing Director for the organisers of The CV Show on the second morning of the three-day show. In July 2017, MFS won the ‘FSDF Health & Safety Award’ for 2nd year running. MFS Managing Director, George Ralph, was presented with this trophy at a recent FSDF Regional Brexit Workshop. And finally, this month, the TCS&D Award for ‘Customer Service’ was MFS’s third award of 2017.
