Munters Completes Acquisition of Geoclima

On October 2nd, Munters, the Stockholm-based leader in climate control and air treatment, completed its acquisition of Geoclima. This partnership aims to enhance market presence and technical development, particularly in the data center sector, while maintaining Geoclima's operations under Managing Director Paolo Ferraris.

Both companies have extensive experience in developing customized solutions that require a high level of application knowledge. Together, we see great opportunities for cross-sales and technical development. This partnership will add significant value to Geoclima. It will increase our market presence and positioning, particularly in the data center sector, allowing us to provide our customers with a complete solution," said  Paolo Ferraris.
