NAVAC Hires Kurtis Feil as Central Regional Sales Manager

NAVAC, the world’s largest supplier of HVAC vacuum pumps in addition to a wide array of tools, gauges, charging machines, recovery units and other industry-specific items, has hired Kurtis Feil as Central Regional Sales Manager. In this position, Mr. Feil will spearhead sales efforts across the US Midwest and Canadian province of Ontario, including onboarding several new representative distributors in these areas. He also will manage relationships with NAVAC’s existing distribution channels, helping to ensure proper tools use and training.

Mr. Feil has over 18 years of sales and service management experience. Most recently, he spent two years as Director of US Sales for Watsco/Gree in the company’s Ductless and VRF segment. Prior to that, he served as Regional Sales Manager for HVAC manufacturer Cambridge Resources.

“Kurtis brings a strong leadership reputation and proven sales successes to NAVAC, making him ideal to oversee new distributors in key markets across the Midwest and central Canada,” said Stephen Rutherford, VP of HVAC Tools Business for NAVAC. “His experience will help keep our sales and tools training efforts at the highest possible levels even as we expand and evolve.”

Mr. Feil’s certifications include completion of an “Art of Sales” course, designed to makes sales executives both more efficient and proficient. He is also “High Impact Selling” certified from the Kellogg School of Managemen at Northwestern University’s rigorous assessment, training and workshop program. He resides in Crown Point, IN with his wife, Danielle and three children.
