Nicola Biondo will be the CAREL Group’s Chief Financial Officer

As of 4 May 2020, Nicola Biondo will be the CAREL Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting directly to the CEO, Francesco Nalini.
A graduate in Business and Economics, Nicola Biondo joins CAREL after a fruitful professional career that has seen him acquire significant experience in large industrial companies both nationally and internationally, holding positions of increasing responsibility.
 
Nicola will be tasked with managing and directing the Group’s accounting, financial, tax and controlling activities, coordinating a team of colleagues located worldwide. He will also deal with extraordinary corporate and finance activities including in relation to M&A operations. Finally, he will be responsible for ensuring the correct drafting of financial statements in accordance with civil law-fiscal regulations and compliance requirements.
