Nordic Climate Group continues to expand in Denmark with the acquisition of PVN Køleteknik

Nordic Climate Group expands further in Denmark through the acquisition of PVN Køleteknik with headquarters in Ringe on Funen. Through the deal, Nordic Climate Group strengthens its role in Denmark and as the Nordic region's leading installer of cooling, heating and energy solutions. The ambition is to expand the Danish operations with more acquisitions. Nordic Climate Group, which was established in 2021, has a turnover of SEK 3.4 billion with the acquisition of PVN Køleteknik and has around 1,200 employees at roughly 70 local establishments in the Nordics.

PVN Køleteknik, founded over 60 years ago, is one of Denmark's oldest refrigeration companies. The company, which is run in the third generation, has a central market position in refrigeration technology, delivers both installations and service as well as develops and manufactures refrigeration equipment for the aviation industry. The company has a turnover of around DKK 65 million and has 30 employees.

The foundation of Nordic Climate Group's operations is a strong local market position. This means that, in the same way as other companies in the group, PVN Køleteknik continues to work with its local brand, previous owners continue in the same roles and current operations including existing customer assignments are prioritized.

"When we now take our second step in Denmark, we want to build on the idea of involving the best companies in the countries where we operate. In the dialogue with PVN Køleteknik, we have particularly appreciated their focus on sustainability, interest in developing skills and a broad customer offering," - says Fredrik Gren, CEO, Nordic Climate Group. "In addition, we have particularly appreciated a clear focus on service, which is always crucial for developing customer relationships."
