Panasonic's ziaino Air Treatment Unit Gains HACCP International Certification

Panasonic Corporation's Heating & Ventilation A/C Company has received HACCP International certification for its ziaino Air Treatment Unit as of October 17, 2024. This global certification ensures the safety of equipment and services in the food industry, highlighting ziaino's effective maintenance, safe materials, and bacterial inhibition, verified by third-party organizations.

HACCP is a globally recognized system for food safety, identifying and managing potential hazards in the food production process. The HACCP International certification, managed by the Australia-based international authority, endorses equipment like ziaino that meets stringent food safety criteria.

The ziaino unit excels in inhibiting bacteria and viruses, deodorizing, dust collection, and humidifying, creating a safe indoor air environment. It is used in healthcare, education, and various other sectors across nine countries, including Japan and China. The certification covers 27 ziaino models, including those that require no special installation and ceiling-mounted variants.

Panasonic continues to advance its hypochlorous acid technology, aiming to enhance air environments and contribute to hygiene management within the food industry worldwide, while expanding its product offerings.
