The papers from the 16th IIR-Gustav Lorentzen Conference on Natural Refrigerants, held from August 11-14, 2024, at the University of Maryland, USA, are now available on FRIDOC.
The conference attracted over 250 participants from 23 countries, facilitating discussions on the latest developments in natural refrigerant technologies. During the event, 136 research papers were presented, addressing advancements in refrigeration and heat pump technologies aimed at meeting the growing demand for cooling while prioritizing environmental sustainability.
The papers are accessible for free to IIR members through
FRIDOC. Additionally, the complete proceedings can be
downloaded at a discounted rate for members.
The next IIR-Gustav Lorentzen Conference is scheduled to take place in New Zealand in 2026, continuing the tradition of fostering innovation in natural refrigerant technologies.
