Precision to exhibit at UCFF 2019

Precision will exhibit at UCFF (Universal Cookery & Food Festival) on the 25th June, Stand 21, at Farrington Oils, Wellingborough.
UCFF was first established in 2012 by three passionate chef directors representing the Craft Guild of Chefs, and is now the most popular professional food festival in the UK, designed by chefs for chefs.

With a clear emphasis on creating the ultimate food experience, UCFF has live chef demonstrations, a farmers market, live debates and an exhibition area showcasing the very best for the cookery and food market. This year’s food festival focus is “From the Land”, so many of the presentations and demonstrations will have an emphasis on showcasing the very best UK food produce companies, as well as maximising sustainability opportunities.

Precision will be exhibiting its MA600 meat ageing cabinet, and award winning Retro Refrigeration at the festival. The MA600 is the perfect temperature and humidity environment for all your meat ageing needs. A perfect solution in any commercial kitchen environment, it accurately sets the temperature from 1oC and 4oC with humidity between 70-90%. Himalayan Rock Salt is supplied as standard in the cabinet to enhance the flavour of the meet and optimise humidity regulation.

The HLRU2 Retro Refrigeration cabinet will also be showcased at UCFF. This stylish modern professional refrigerator/freezer is fitted with the latest energy efficient features and perfect temperature control. Customers can achieve both classic vintage looks in their foodservice areas as well as experiencing cutting edge technology to keep fresh produce in prime condition.
