GRC (Green Revolution Cooling) has secured additional funding to support its expansion, with Samsung Ventures joining existing investors HTS, SK Enmove, and ENEOS. Simultaneously, Samsung C&T has entered into a strategic partnership with the company.
The investment follows several milestones GRC achieved in the past year, including new production-level customer deployments, multiple product launches, and renewal of its ISO 9001:15 certification. GRC also established an Engineering Alliance with Cisco and a strategic partnership with Park Place Technologies.
Among GRC’s recent projects, a 100 kW/rack production deployment at Shell was named a finalist in the DCD Global Awards' North American Data Center Project of the Year category.
In addition to the capital investment, Samsung C&T’s Engineering & Construction Group has signed a Business Collaboration Agreement with GRC. The collaboration focuses on developing solution reference designs to address thermal challenges in AI, HPC, and Edge data center deployments.
“GRC is delighted with this additional round of capital and vote of confidence from our existing investors, as well as our most recent investor, Samsung,” said Peter Poulin, CEO, GRC. “With this additional capital GRC will continue to innovate and expand its collaboration with strategic partners.”
Daejung Kim, VP of SK Enmove’s Green Business Office, added, “We warmly welcome Samsung to the growing family of GRC investors and immersion cooling collaborators.”
