Sanhua Holding Group Concludes 2025 Annual Operation Plan Conference

On January 23, 2025, Sanhua Holding Group successfully held its 2025 Annual Operation Plan Conference at the Sanhua Xinchang Industrial Park (Meizhu) Conference Center. The hybrid event, attended by over 650 senior employees both in person and via live stream, reviewed the company’s 2024 business performance and outlined key operational goals for 2025.

2024 Performance and 2025 Strategy

Zhang Yabo, Vice Chairman of Sanhua Holding Group, delivered an overview of the company’s performance in 2024, highlighting an 8.0% year-on-year revenue growth to 62.45 billion yuan. Despite a challenging global economic landscape, Sanhua maintained stable growth in core markets, particularly in household air conditioning control components. The company’s investment in digitalization, process optimization, and cost management contributed to its steady performance.

For 2025, Sanhua will adhere to its business principles of "focus, stability, compliance, and low profile", with key objectives including:

  1. Enhancing Product Strength – Strengthening intellectual property protection and advancing technology innovation.
  2. Market Responsiveness – Adapting swiftly to changes in domestic and international markets while managing operational risks.
  3. Digital Transformation – Expanding artificial intelligence applications and improving efficiency through digital employees.
  4. Global Expansion – Strengthening operations at overseas factories to improve management quality.
  5. Innovation Development – Increasing investment in high-potential businesses such as bionic robots, sensors, data centers, and energy storage.

Sanhua will also emphasize financial stability, talent acquisition, cost control, legal compliance, and organizational efficiency, while advancing AI-driven digital projects to optimize business operations.

Business Unit Reports

The second part of the conference featured thematic reports from Sanhua’s main business units, R&D Center, and Quality Management Committee:

  • Sanhua Household will focus on market consolidation, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Sanhua Commercial Refrigeration aims to expand market presence and optimize internal management.
  • Sanhua Micro Channel Heat Exchanger will drive growth by refining its "3+2+X" strategy.
  • Sanhua Leaderway Electronics plans to enhance quality control, talent development, and project execution.
  • Sanhua Automotive will transition from rapid expansion to refined development, prioritizing customer-centric strategies.
  • Sanhua R&D Center will focus on industrial automation, sensors, and thermal management system development, with an emphasis on learning from top global companies.

Chairman’s Closing Remarks

Zhang Daocai, Chairman of Sanhua Holding Group, commended the company’s stable and positive 2024 performance despite external challenges. He attributed success to Sanhua’s growth in new energy vehicle thermal management and refrigeration control components.

Looking ahead, Chairman Zhang emphasized:

  • Technological and Product Innovation – Increased investment in R&D, particularly in AI-driven robotics and intelligent control systems.
  • Market Competitiveness – Enhancing large-scale production efficiency and automation to maintain global leadership in core components.
  • Cost Management – Implementing tighter financial controls to reduce operational expenses and improve efficiency.
