Sunyoung Group Selects Carrier China to Supply Air Conditioning Systems to Headquarters Building

Carrier China was selected to provide Sunyoung Group, a engineering group providing integrated design and construction management services, the second generation of AquaFlowTM Variable Water Volume (VWV) systems for its headquarters building in Shanghai. The first order since its launch last year, the inverter water-cooled multi-connected central air conditioning systems have been delivered to Sunyoung for its headquarters that spans more than 30,000 square meters. Carrier China was also selected to provide after-sales maintenance services. Carrier China is a part of Carrier, a global provider of HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security and building automation technologies.

The second generation of AquaFlow VWV systems integrate a number of Carrier China’s cutting-edge technologies including high-efficiency variable frequency air-cooled heat pumps, remote connected indoor units, indoor temperature controllers and intelligent centralized controllers. Evolved from the first-generation VWV systems, it allows for flexible and phased purchase and deployment to match the operational needs of customers. Additionally, the optimal customized comfort is offered with the right air temperature, humidity and air quality, making the second generation of AquaFlow VWV systems stand out from competition and very suitable for a variety of applications, especially for Sunyoung’s reception area.

"The Sunyoung project illustrates how Carrier China’s second generation AquaFlow VWV system was developed from the customer perspective, thinking about customers’ needs from the system’s lifecycle, from building investment, design, installation, management to commercial operation. By facilitating smart investment, improved efficiency and comfort, the new AquaFlow VWV system will help more customers to achieve and benefit from the innovative and intelligent air conditioning technologies," said Zhu Yinghua, sales director of Light Commercial, HVAC, Carrier China.
