SWEP launches new eCommerce & Customer Portal
SWEP recently announced the launch of a new eCommerce and Customer Portal. This is a big step in SWEP’s digitalization plans to better serve our customers and to introduce an improved way of doing business easily and efficiently.

"It is a modern portal with several new features and functionalities. We want to offer our customers more than just an eBusiness site for placing orders; we want to offer a complete eCommerce and Customer Portal," - said in company.

Here are some of the features that will be available in the new portal:
  • Customer-specific portal: Under “My SWEP” you will find information in your Dashboard about Order history, Order templates, RFQ history, etc.
  • SWEP software integration options, such as DThermex and XReference
  • Improved functionalities for finding the right accessories for the right BPHE
  • Track & Trace capabilities
  • And many more
