Systemair Group has announced the appointment of Steve Cuthbertson as President of Systemair North America, effective September 8, 2025.
Cuthbertson brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the HVAC sector. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales at Swegon and Swegon Vibro-Acoustics, where he played a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening customer relationships in North America. His earlier roles at Armstrong and Lennox International contributed to his background in HVAC systems, operations, and business development.
He holds MBAs from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and York University.
Cuthbertson will be based in Holland Landing, Ontario, and will primarily operate from Systemair’s factory in Tillsonburg, Ontario. His appointment aligns with Systemair’s focus on enhancing its customer-centric strategies in the North American market.
