The capacity of refrigerated warehouses in Iran increased by 60%

The capacity of refrigerated warehouses in Iran increased by 60% compared to August 2013.
Minister of Agricultural Development Mahmoud Khodjati said that in the period from March 2013 to March 2014 the total capacity of refrigerated warehouses was 2.5 million tons, and today it is 4 million tons.
Refrigerated warehouses are used to store food products, such as fruits, vegetables, meat and chicken. About 40% of all refrigerated warehouses in Iran are in Tehran.
