Tower Tech Earns ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Tower Tech earned a certificate of registration recognizing the conformance of its quality management systems to International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015. The manufacturer designs and builds energy-efficient modular cooling towers. Assembled primarily from fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) parts, the corrosion-resistant components are fabricated by Creative Pultrusions which also renewed its certificate of registration for ISO 9001:2015.

Both companies are part of the Creative Composites Group (CCG) formed earlier this year. “Tower Tech was acquired in 2017, built a new factory at our Alum Bank, Pennsylvania location and transitioned their manufacturing operations to it,” says Michael Gassler, LEAN/ISO manager for Creative Pultrusions, Inc. The ISO standard ensures that Tower Tech’s fabrication processes for its patented, counterflow, mechanical-draft cooling towers meet industry and customer requirements.

Tower Tech bridges the gap between sustainability and energy efficiency for a wide range of markets with its factory-assembled, modular cooling tower solutions. From petroleum refineries and power generation plants to hotels and universities, Tower Tech right sizes the tower’s internal reservoir to the job for reduced operating weight and volume. Fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) components ensure corrosion resistance, low maintenance and longevity. Since 1989, Tower Tech has led the industry with its smart cooling systems and patented technology.
