Travis Perkins acquired TF Solutions. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Andrew Cherrill has been confirmed as the new managing director at TF Solutions. Travis Perkins plc is a British builders' merchant and home improvement retailer based in Northampton. It operates 1,900 outlets, and has more than 24,000 employees in the United Kingdom & Ireland. The company began in 1797, when the Benjamin Ingram company of joiners and carpenters was founded.
TF Solutions started trading over a decade ago back in 2001. Since then the company has experienced significant levels of growth and is now one of the leading Air Conditioning and Refrigeration distributors in the UK.
