Viessmann has introduced the "System Profi Program" to strengthen collaboration with skilled trades and advance building electrification in Germany. The initiative responds to a market decline in heat pump installations by equipping selected partners with the knowledge and tools to deliver fully integrated, customized climate solutions.
System Integration and Partner Support
Under the new program, certified System Professionals are trained to manage the entire customer journey—from consultation to implementation—ensuring seamless integration of Viessmann technologies. These include heat pumps, hot water storage, photovoltaics, energy storage, EV charging stations, and ventilation systems, all compatible through the Viessmann One Base platform.
The One Base system serves as a central control hub for all Viessmann devices. It facilitates installation, commissioning, maintenance, and real-time monitoring, allowing for efficient, transparent energy management via the ViCare mobile app.
Smart Energy Management and Remote Monitoring
System operators benefit from intuitive room-by-room climate control using ViCare components such as radiator-integrated fans, climate sensors, and smart valves. For skilled trades, the ViGuide dashboard provides remote access to system data, including real-time and historical consumption metrics, enabling proactive maintenance and optimization.
Future-Ready Energy Use
Viessmann’s energy management system is compliant with § 14a of Germany’s Energy Industry Act (EnWG), allowing it to modulate power loads above 4.2 kW to support grid stability. From January 2025, it will also support dynamic electricity tariffs, automatically aligning system operation with favorable rates, including periods of low or negative electricity pricing.
“Only through the perfect integration of system components is the full potential of innovative cutting-edge technology realized,” Viessmann stated in the program announcement.
