XNRGY expands U.S. operations with new 330,000 sq ft facility in Arizona

XNRGY Climate Systems has announced the construction of a new 330,000 sq ft (approx. 30,660 m²) manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. The new site, named Mesa 2, will support the production of XNRGY’s next-generation air-cooled chillers that integrate proprietary controls, artificial intelligence (AI), and Copeland technology. This development marks the company’s fourth expansion in three years, increasing its total operational space to nearly 1,000,000 sq ft (approx. 92,900 m²).

The Mesa 2 facility is expected to create approximately 500 jobs once fully operational. It will feature multiple dedicated assembly lines and adopt advanced production systems with digital tracking, inspired by the automotive industry’s quality and efficiency standards.

XNRGY also plans to install a $10 million environmental testing chamber at the new facility, enabling comprehensive testing of chillers under varied operating conditions. The annual production capacity at Mesa 2 is projected at 3,000 advanced air-cooled chillers.

"This new chapter for XNRGY is about more than just increasing capacity; it's about reinforcing our position as leaders in innovation and our dedication to providing cutting-edge data center cooling solutions," said Wais Jalali, Founder and CEO of XNRGY.

Vincent Morin, Chief Operating Officer, added that digital tracking and best practices in manufacturing will underpin the company’s growth and quality standards. Philip Kennedy, Chief Technology Officer, stated the new facility is vital for realizing the full potential of XNRGY's chiller technology.

The company will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its existing Mesa 1 facility on October 23, 2025.
