Advansor introduces the HeatQuantum industrial automatic heat pump

Danish air conditioning manufacturer Advansor has introduced the HeatQuantum industrial heat pump.

“One of the key barriers to the green transition is the lack of skilled local labor. That's why we've gone to great lengths to create a design that requires minimal on-site work. When HeatQuantum leaves our factory, it is fully assembled and ready to use. can be connected and turned on immediately. Just connect water and electricity and you are ready to use,” - says Advansor CEO Christian Breitenbauch.

Evaporator defrosting is an important issue when it comes to heat pumps, which must operate efficiently even at low ambient temperatures. Advansor has developed a product with built-in defrost control and the ability to generate heat during defrost cycles. Advansor designed HeatQuantum specifically for its cooling efficiency. According to the manufacturer, it works effectively at temperatures down to minus 20 degrees Celsius.

“The entire unit is mounted on a single frame with the evaporators and machine block, making it quick and easy to load and unload the heat pump using a crane,” - says Advansor CTO Kenneth Bank Madsen.

HeatQuantum provides power from 200 to 600 kW with a single unit and can be paralleled for higher power. It operates with a coefficient of performance (COP) of up to 3.24 and is based on the natural refrigerant CO2, which is non-toxic, does not damage the ozone layer and has a global warming potential (GWP) of just 1.

The air-to-water heat pump makes it easy to replace old gas and oil burners. With inlet water temperatures of up to 85 degrees Celsius and the ability to use existing pipes, it is an alternative for space heating, hot water preparation and process heating in renovation projects.

HeatQuantum is available in four models: COP optimized, economical or balanced; In total, the range includes eleven items.
