Capital Cooling expands refrigeration product portfolio with Ilsa Neos & Evolve refrigeration

Capital Cooling are delighted to announce the launch of a brand new product, the Evo Mini Blast Chiller, with Italian manufacturer Ilsa.

The launch of the countertop blast chiller comes just months after we were appointed as the UK’s exclusive supplier of the Ilsa brand.

Perfect for professional kitchen environments in a number of sectors. The countertop chiller has been designed with smaller kitchens in mind, due to its compact size and helps compliance with EHO. The appliance has room for 3 x GN2/3 trays and is available in a range of colours: stainless and matte red, black and turquoise.

The Ilsa Evo Mini Blast Chiller has a special “Cook & Chill” feature, a system whereby food is blast chilled or shock frozen straight after cooking, so that it maintains its original aroma and fragrance until it is served. The appliance can chill (+3°C) up to 7kg and freeze (-18°C) up to 5kg from 90°C.

Steve Steadman, CEO at Capital Cooling, said: “We are delighted to be adding another product to our growing Ilsa refrigeration portfolio.

“As a company, Ilsa is highly respected, setting the benchmark for refrigeration products all over the world, so to continue to work alongside them to bring this blast chiller exclusively to the UK market is very exciting indeed.

“Blast chillers act as the perfect piece of equipment in professional kitchens, allowing for significant cost and time savings, as once reheated the food maintains the same quality, taste and consistency as freshly prepared food.

We’d encourage anyone who is interested in ordering this product for their business, to get in touch with the Capital Cooling team.
